an amazing stay
lovely room convenient location quick communication
the front desk team welcomed me warmly upon arrival i received a lovely executive room i found parking facilities although it cost an extra fee per night the location proved convenient i could easily access nearby attractions. the room was clean and more than adequate for my one-night stay the communication with the hotel staff prior to my arrival was quick and helpful
i found the bathroom a little snug it was still functional i just prefer a bit more space

The on-site parking was convenient at this hotel. The staff throughout the hotel were all genuinely wonderful and always ready to assist with any request. I found the breakfast to be amazing and it included a variety of tasty options.
I experienced a slight delay in getting assistance with my luggage upon arrival at the hotel entrance.

My Beautiful View Room offered AMAZING views of the surrounding area through large windows. It also featured a minibar stocked with a wide selection of beverages and snacks and the bed was very comfortable.

clean hotel friendly staff short walk available taxis
the staff found my lost earring in the room after cleaning it. they placed it on the table, showing their trustworthiness. the express train from the airport led to a five-minute walk to the hotel. taxis were readily available outside.
it wasn't possible to ventilate the room and let fresh air in, which i found slightly inconvenient

unanswered phone automatic service charge
The location was convenient for getting around.
I was disappointed by a couple of things. The room service phone went unanswered late at night, a HUGE frustration when I wanted a late bite. I ended up having to search for takeout. I also found it odd that they wanted to automatically add a service charge for housekeeping to the bill. It felt pushy and unexpected.

unanswered phone long wait
i found a few things disappointing (i hate to say it!). i ordered room service one night around 11 pm. i tried to call, but no one answered, frustrating. i had to call the concierge from my cell, who said they were busy. i wish someone had at least answered to let me know there would be a wait.

The room provided adequate views of the surrounding area and was clean.
I returned to the hotel around 11 PM and attempted to order room service, but no one answered the phone. I had to call the concierge externally to complain about the situation. Eventually, my husband had to leave the premises to find a takeaway option.
